Watermelon & Feta Salad

Watermelon & Feta Salad

⏱ 10 minutes 🍽 4 serves

Summer in a bowl. This salad is all about contrast — sweet watermelon against salty feta, fresh mint against red onion bite, and lime juice to brighten it all. It's refreshing, colourful, and takes less than ten minutes to throw together. The Aleppo pepper adds a subtle warmth without overpowering the fruit. Serve it at a barbecue, picnic, or Sunday lunch when the weather is hot and you want something light and vibrant. The watermelon-pink colour palette matches the dish perfectly — bright, juicy, summery. This is the kind of recipe that makes people smile when you bring it to the table. Simple, bold, and utterly delicious.
