What We're Looking For
We're interested in recipes that come with stories. It doesn't matter if the dish is famous or obscure, complicated or simple — what matters is that you know where it came from. We're looking for recipes that answer questions like:
- Who taught you this recipe, and where did they learn it?
- What region or culture does this dish come from?
- Is there a specific occasion or tradition attached to it?
- Are there ingredients with geographical significance?
- Has the recipe been adapted or evolved over time?
